TIM BOMGARDNER
Tim Bomgardner is pleased to serve as the Founder and Executive Director of Interyear Fellowship. Tim has been on a long journey of discernment that started in Texas and has wound its way through Oklahoma, college at Point University, Emmanuel Christian Seminary, and serving at World Vision in the South Bronx before returning to East Tennessee to work with Appalachia Service Project. Through this path, Tim has valued service to others, a commitment to spiritual disciplines, and a desire to journey with others along the way. His greatest companion has been his wife, Suzy, since 1999. Three young boys (Oscar, Charlie, and Henry) have been their greatest joy and adventure. AUBREN FLANARY
Hey, there! I’m Aubren and I am thrilled to serve as the Program Coordinator for Interyear Fellowship. As a former Fellow myself, I have personally experienced the life change that can come from being a part of Interyear Fellowship. I attended Milligan University and Lee University for my degree in Pastoral Ministry and I have experience working in ministry in a variety of churches, youth camps, and college ministries. I am passionate about cultivating safe places for people - to help build a home and environment for people to rest and flourish. It is a joy to walk alongside others as they discover how they have been uniquely created. I enjoy creative projects, like throwing pottery and writing stories. You can mostly find me baking bread in the kitchen or throwing pottery in the basement!

Fav Snack - Reese Cups from Aldi

OLIVIA BROKAW
Hello from me, Olivia! I am excited to join Interyear Fellowship as the Intern for the 2024-2025 year! A member of the 2023-2024 fellowship, I journeyed through relationships with God, others, and the world around me. As a result, I gained confidence and a more honest faith. I explored similar topics as a student at Milligan University, graduating with a Humanities degree in 2023. I’m always looking to learn more about God, myself, and what makes people tick as a way to help people feel seen and safe. My goal this year is to do just that while helping Interyear run as smoothly as possible. When I’m not working with Interyear, you can find me baking, reading, petting a dog, or enjoying a Johnson City coffee shop or park.
Fav Book - Little Women (at the moment)
Fav Snack - crackers with hummus or peanut butter (but not together!)
