Renata Vicente

For this episode, we head to South America. After pursuing a Social Communication degree in college, Renata Vicente worked at advertising agencies in her hometown, Goiânia, for 10 years. While working as an advertiser executive and leader of creative teams, she always paralleled her professional career with teaching and preaching work in the church. After that time, she developed her ministerial calling and moved to the USA to attend Emmanuel. After finishing her studies at the seminary and working as Chaplain Resident, she went back to Brazil where she has been serving as an Associate Pastor at First Christian Church in Taguatinga - a working class neighborhood in Brasilia. There, she preaches on a monthly basis, coordinates the network of small groups, and manages the social media accounts of the church.
