Beth Jarvis

In our last episode of the season, Beth Jarvis joins us to talk about Emmanuel Christian Seminary's Ministry Resource Center as well as her experiences in ministry. She graduated from Point University, served at Bread Coffeehouse (you might remember from the episode with Chip Jurskis), and then went to Emmanuel. After seminary, she helped start a campus ministry in Tübingen, Germany, and came back to the states to work for Globalscope. She’s had a host of other positions and lived in many more places, but for now, they’ve settled in East Tennessee. Beth also serves as an elder at Hopwood Memorial Christian Church.

For the last three years, she’s been leading the MRC which enabled us to purchase the equipment to start this podcast. All of our guests this season have been part of this program as either a mentor or a mentee. It’s been fascinating to see the different connections and support they’ve been able to provide for one another. Thanks for listening, folks!
